If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly except its Return within 30 days of your receipt for exchange or store credit.
Item must be in NEW CONDITION. We do not accept items for return that have been worn, scratched, nicked, sized, engraved, worked on by a jeweler, altered or damaged in any way. Buyer is responsible for paying the return shipment cost. There is no restocking fee or hidden charges.
If, upon delivery, an item is defective or damaged by shipping or manufacture defect, please contact Luxus customer service within 5 business days. We will be happy to replace your item.
Luxus offers Shipping Insurance for all products. Shipping Insurance covers damage, loss, or theft of products during shipment. Insurance is optional. If you choose not to purchase Shipping Insurance, Luxus is not responsible for loss or theft during shipment. If you purchase Shipping Insurance, and would like to report a lost or stolen item, please contact Luxus Customer Support within 5 business days. We will work with you to resolve this issue promptly. It is important to us that your new ring fit your finger perfectly! We have found that the most fool-proof way to size your ring is to take it to Jeweler for a professional fitting. This way, the Jeweler can fit the ring to your finger perfectly. Luxus does offer a free Ring Sizer Service. Please remember that Titanium rings have special sizing instructions.
